Return and Refund Policy

We understand sometimes certain pieces just don't work for you and you want your money back, As long as an item is still in its original condition, we accept returns within 7 days from the date the item was delivered to you.

HOW TO RETURN:

  • Submit a return application via our Return Portal.
  • We will send you an email with instructions on how to complete your return process within 2 business days.
  • Please note "the original shipping fee" (if any) is non-refundable

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILTY:

 

  • Both the cost of the return shipping and the state of the returned item(s) itself are your responsibility to make sure they're packed up properly and can't det damaged on the way.
  • If an item is returned to us damaged, worn, or in an unsuitablecondition, we won't be able to give you a refund and we may have tosend it back to you ( and ask you to cover this delivery cost ). All items are inspected on return.
  • If you received a defective item or the wrong item and decide to return it we'll refund the original order value plus the cost ofyour return shipping once the item(s) have been inspected.

IF the return is not related to quality issues, the shipping cost will be borne bythe customer. For example: the below conditions are not related to quality issues:
1)Loose threads, raw edges, thickness, touch, and colour differences in
monitor displayare not considered as quality issues.

2)Subjective dissatisfaction in style, colour, and changes in personal reason is not considered as quality issues.

3) Damages due to use, wash,care, improper maintenance, self-repair,modifications, or other human factors are not considered as quality issues.

4)Defective (sliphtly sub-standard ) goods that have been clearly indicated at the time of purchase are not considered as quality issues and will not be accepted for returns.
5) Returns due to sizing issues are not considered as quality issues.

SPECIFIC RETURNS CONDITIONS:

When making returns, please bear in mind that :

Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them.ltems must be unworn,unwashed, in the original selling condition, with tags attached and with the original packaging . When we receive your package, we will inspect the condition of the item before proceeding to refund the returned item. Bear in mind that VASKA willnot accept cash-on-delivery and will not pay the delivery or return charges.


REFUNDS: Once your return has been receivedi and inspected, we'll refund the original order value to the original payment method. We aimto refund you within 7 business days of receiving your returned item.


EXCHANGES: Unfortunately, we currently do not offer exchanges at thistime. However, we are working hard to enable exchanges as soon as possible. Stay tuned.

DISCLAIMERS:

VASKA only accept returns to the address provided to you in your return CONFIRMATION email.

Please do not return the package back by yourself. Any returned items not based on previous communication will not be accepted.

Please be careful when trying on the clothes and since you aresupposed to return them in the same condition as you just received them.

Please do not return your order to the address that is marked on the parcel. It is not our return address, Follow instructions provided by VASKA customer service.
